Srini received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. Subsequent to his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad, India, he worked with Deutsche Bank AG and ANZ Grindlays Bank plc. as a foreign exchange and money market trader. He was responsible for managing the Bank’s foreign exchange exposure, managing the Bank’s bond portfolio, and providing risk management advice to corporate clients. He obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from Tulane University in New Orleans.
His primary research and teaching interests (click here for CV) are corporate finance and investments/capital markets. His research papers have been published in the leading finance and accounting journals and presented at major conferences and universities, both in the US and abroad. His research has been featured in major newspapers such as LA Times, Barron’s (lead article), etc.
